(yes, out of order, but the lighting in the restaurant last night was not conducive to photo taking)
Here we have a non-vintage Ruinart Brut Rosé Champagne (from the local PA LCB) and a 2004 Naudin Echézeaux Grand Cru Red Burgundy (picked up at the producer in Oct. 2008).
Both were perfect with our French meal last evening. And, as far as I am concerned, ANY day is a good day for Champers!
